I thought this was a great question that ran across my mind. If I was wanting to go to college, to somewhere like a college in London or another town in England or France. But I’m from the United States, would they offer scholarships for me wanting to do that? Or, do they offer any scholarships concerning that. (Coming from another Country that is.)
